In a room below 25ºC , liquid wax are sprayed out through nozzles on spraying bars, cold water is in the interlayer of drum , during dropping and when touching the drum ,liquid wax cool down and freeze. When drum moves to the blade, wax powder are scrapped off. Then wax powder will be transferred inside the drum for fully cooling by shaker and board, after fully cooling , wax powder dropped into wax powder tank . Adding heating oil in the interlayer of wax tank in order to keep liquid wax temperature.
